Bakken Transload

Bakken Transloading operates a terminal at Ross, ND and is capable of transloading sand, propane, and diesel. TGC, LP has 30% ownership.

The Cobalt Group

The Cobalt Group is active in Helium exploration and development and has a 100% working interest on 107,000 acres, including 96,000 acres in a contiguous block in Arizona's Holbrook Basin: A proven world-class helium region. Cobalt's drilling activities have encountered rich helium shows in several formations, proving the leasehold has stacked reservoir potential in 7 identified reservoirs.

Precision Seed Coaters began production in 1989 with a single coated seed product and has since become one of the largest custom seed coating companies. Facilities are located in Yuma, AZ.

A-1 Machine & Fabrication

A-1 is a full service machine and fabrication shop who's primary responsibility is to support the efforts of sister companies in the Diamond B Companies organization. A-1 has a vast set of capabilities and is responsible for fabrication of the transloading used at Basin Transload and Bakken Transload. A-1 provides services to several regional mines and equipment companies. A-1 is based in Billings, MT.
